About Dr Kolo

Dr. Kolo has dedicated her career to the convergence of finance and technology. Dr. Kolo levers her deep expertise in capital raises, mergers and acquisitions, technology and intellectual property to advise clients on their transactions. Dr. Kolo also regularly litigated on behalf of her clients, representing them in over 50 cases involving litigation of intellectual property, unfair competition, and regulatory disputes before federal courts and agencies, the International Trade Commission, and various alternative dispute resolution forums. Dr. Kolo has extensive experience in developing and executing strategic counseling to clients regarding the development and enforcement of intellectual property portfolios. 

She obtained her law degree from Antonin Scalia Law at George Mason University, her Ph.D. from Saint Louis University, and her B.A. from University of Virginia. Dr. Kolo is a registered patent agent barred before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
